We want you to love what you order. Here's how returns and refunds work at Trend Lab Co.

Digital guides (PDF downloads)

Because our guides are delivered instantly as downloadable files, all sales of digital products are final once the file has been downloaded. If a file won't open, is incomplete, or you didn't receive your download link, contact us and we'll send a replacement file or fix the problem.

Physical products

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to return the item.
