Digital guides
Digital guides are not shipped. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you right after checkout.
Physical products
Our physical products ship directly from our supplier partners.
- Shipping rate: Free on every order, with no minimum
- Processing time: usually 1 to 3 business days
- Delivery time: typically 5 to 8 business days after processing, depending on your location
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, holidays and customs checks can occasionally add extra days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of purchase, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake. We can update the address only before the order ships.
